Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Hyper X Ultra ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, desktop application, and backend services. By using Hyper X Ultra, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data we collect

Account & identity (via Sign in with X)

When you sign in with X, X shares a limited set of profile information with us: your X user ID, handle (username), display name, profile image, and — if you grant it — your email address. We never see or store your X password. Authentication happens through X's official OAuth flow.

Free growth report

If you request a free growth report, we collect the X handle and email address you submit, along with the public profile information we fetch for that handle in order to generate the report.

Data needed to operate the Service

To provide the Service, our backend stores information tied to your account, which may include:

  • your reply "voice" preferences and examples used to generate replies in your style;
  • a mirror of your follower / following list and its changes over time, used to run and report on campaigns;
  • records of actions taken on your behalf (replies generated, follows, unfollows) and their timing, used for pacing, safety, and analytics;
  • the identifiers of posts the Service has already seen or engaged with, to avoid duplicates;
  • your plan, subscription status, and settings.

Content processed to generate replies and reports

When the Service generates a reply or a report, it processes the relevant post text and any attached images, plus your voice preferences, in order to produce the output. This content is sent to AI model providers that we use as processors (see "Third parties" below).

Technical data

Like most online services, our infrastructure may automatically log technical information such as IP address, request timing, and error diagnostics for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

2. How we use your data

  • to authenticate you and provide the Service's features;
  • to generate replies in your voice and produce your growth report;
  • to run follow/unfollow campaigns at a safe, paced rate and report results to you;
  • to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service;
  • to process payments and manage your subscription;
  • to communicate with you about your account, the report you requested, or material changes; and
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. The desktop application and your browser session

The desktop application performs actions inside your own logged-in X session, on your device, under your control. It reads the page content needed to do its job (for example, the post it is replying to, or your followers list). It does not collect your X password and does not give us access to your X login credentials.

4. Third parties (processors)

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to deliver the Service. They process data only as needed to perform their function:

  • X / X Corp — authentication and the platform the Service operates on;
  • Supabase — our backend database, authentication, and serverless functions hosting;
  • AI model providers — to generate replies, captions, and reports from the post text/images and your voice preferences;
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery;
  • our payment processor — to handle subscription billing securely (we do not store full card details).

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Operational logs and analytics may be retained for a limited period for security and reliability, then deleted or aggregated. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with the law.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights — including deleting your account and associated data — by contacting us at support@hyperxultra.com. You can also revoke Hyper X Ultra's access from your X account settings at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport, scoped access controls, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process and store data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
